METEOR ARRIVES AT OHAKEA
OPEN FOR INSPECTION ON SUNDAY The Meteor jet-plane which arrived at Oliakea yesterday at 11.6 a.m., will be open for itispection to the publie on Sunday from 2.30 to 4 p.m. At 3 p.m., the aircraft will take off fdr a 20-minute fljght over the aero'd'rome. Tt will be flown by SquadrQn-Leader R. M. Mc ' Ivay. The camp area will not be o'peu to visitors, except part of the ae'rodrome in which the aircraft is on view. The itinerary for Alonday for the machine is as follows: — , Leave Ohakea 10 a.m.; arrive Taumarunui 10.22; Raetehi 10.33; Ohakune 10.37; Taihape 10.47; Hunterville 10.55; Feilding 11.02; 'ret'urfi Ohakea 11.66. Leaves Ohakea 12 noon; arvives Dannevirke 12.09 p.m.; Woodville 12.16; Pahiatua 12.20; Eketahuna 12.28; Shannon 12.35; Foxton 12.40; return Ohakea 12.50.
