CIVIC THEATRE
DOUBLE FEATURE BILL ' Warner Bros. has scored another technical victory for "The Body Disappears," screwry comedy of invisible people doing crazy things, screening at the Civic Theatre this week. The latest achievement is a convertible sedan that can do everything the script requires. Such as: Race through traffic as though driven by an invisible man,; All doors open and close- with nary" a hand touching them. It- can back up, park in a small space. In fact, it can do anything an ordinary car can do — but with not a driver visible. Spooky, isn't.it? , • The second attraction is "Across the Pacific," Warner Bros.' adventure picture ' about a rut^iless attempt by would-be Jap sabofeurs to blow up the Gatun Locks of the Panama Canal. . ^
