FOUND NOT GUILTY
MAN IN POST OFFICE CASE Received Thursday, 7.5 p.m. LONDON, April 3. George Henry Sharratt, charged at the Old Bailey with others of conspiring to defraud the Post Offics, was found not guilty and discharged. The Judge said that Sharratt 's explanation that he was given books by another accused who asked him to pass them on to another man was highly prohahle. Dodd, Donovan and Delmar, who pleaded guilty, will be sentenced tomorrow.
