WANGANUI, Apiil 2. At a meeting of the Wanganui »District ' Committee today, Mr3. H. H. Rough, owner of Young Margaret, and H. M. Rough, part owner, of Palmerston North, wcre disqualified for one nionth as from today under Rule 17'J (2) of the Rules of Racing for nominating the mare for a hack raee at Feild ing on Feb'ruary 16 when the mare was ineligible for hack races. As a resuli of the disqualification, both Thunderhe'ad and Gay Lena are rendered ineligible for their Wanganui engage nients.
