Club at the domain lon Saturday, and preparations are in train to. have thb ground in tip-top order, working-bees having been arranged to carry out details. Nominations have been received from various parts, and those who attend should have a fine day's enter^tainment. A meeting was held- last night- when matters' generally -weye. reported to be very satisfactory.- " A complaint - was laid agaihst a member of the club for alleged unseemly behaviour,, at the recent Oroua Downs sports, but after full consideration it was deided that the head body be advised to dismiss the matter, it being (onsidered that the official who made the cbmplain't had exceeded his duties, had not been consistent in liis aetibns and had not produced any authority to take action, ;'neither had he worn a badge. ,
