RUSSIA PAYS IN FULL Received Monday, 8.30 p.m. WASHINGTON, April 1.' Russia has notifled United Nations that it has paid its United Nations' assessraent of 1,723,000 dollars in full. Russia thus has become the first of the large con'crihutors m the 51 United Naticns to niake full payment of the money assessed on memher nations for the niaintenance and operation of United Nations. United Nations' working capital has been set at 25,000,000 dollars. The United States was allotted the largest amount — 6,153,000 dollars. The British share is 3,692,750 tollars, of which she has paid 300,000 dollars.
