Shop Day The shop day held by the Otaki — Te Horo branch of the W.D.F.U. on Friday, both at Otaki and Te Horc was very successfui, good business resulting. The willing workers are to be commended on their effort.
Combined Dance The combined Basketball and Cricket Club's dance at the Railway Hall on Friday night, was well attended, and all 'present spent an enjoyable evening.. The music was first. class, and other arrangements complete, bringing much ;• credit to the management. • ! Old-time Dance An enthusiastic gathering of Te Horo residents was held in the Te Horo Hall on.Wednesday when Mrs. ponald Grant was voted to the chair.. It was decided to hold > an old-time dance, particulars of which will be adve'rtised later. An excel■lent orches^sa and supper will assure a delightful evening's entertainment to all who atterid.
