Russia already has an atomic bomb in the opiaion of Dr. Reuhen Gustavson, research puhlicist for the hniversity of Chicago. He told the Y.W.C.A. Foreign Affairs Institute that there was no secret involving the homh's fundameixtal principles. "The lniomiation that led to the bomh's creation was published in scientifie pamphlets worldwide hefore the •war," he said. "One -of the best reviews was in a Russiap scieptiflc jonrnal. The Russians do somelhing we don't do — they read om writing." • Dr. Gustavson urged t.ie United States to share atomic knowlsdge with other nations and said, we are sahre r-attling and Russia does not like it. She is worried. It is no wonder that the Russians are acting the way rliey are. Look how we are actjng with our foolish experiment in the Pacific and our cold-weather experiments in the T a North."
