CHANGES ANNOUNCED WELLINGTON, March 28. The Acting-Postmaster-General (Mr Jones) announced today that, conse iuent upon the recent retirement of Mr M. A. Pike, chief engineer, and Mr. C. L. Mayo, Deputy-Director-General, i number of changes in the admihistra tive positions of the General J?ost Oiiichad been approved. Mr. E. H. Grees had been appointed chief ■ engineer, Mr F. N. Cryer, Deputy-Director-General Mr. A. D. Braggs, deputy-chief engin eer, and Mr. G. O. Coad second deputy iirector-general. Associated with the changes referrei to are the appointments of Messrs G R. Milne and F. Gentry as s'uperin tending-engineers, General Post Office and Mr. E. E? Gurtis, as Divisionai Dfrector-General, General Post Office.
