PERSIAN PREMIER SATISFIED
WITHDRAWAL FOLLOWED CLOSELY Reeeived Friday, 11.20 a.m. TEJHEI^AN, March 28. The Premier, M. Sultaneh, spent to-day moving flags on a map of Pprsia to mark the withdrawal of Soviet trpops. Runners brought M. Sultaneh reports from ' Persian observers of the Russian evacuatjpn. The Russians have now evacuated towns 45 miles north of Teheran. M. Sultaneh checked reports from the Security Council meeting iri New Yprk until two o'clock in the mornihg. He stayed at the Persian Foreign Qffic.e spnding instructions to the Persian Ambassador in the United States, M. Ala. M. Sultaneh says he is satisfied with the Spviet withdrawal from Persia, adding: "I have reeeived no news to indicate that anything untoward will happen."
