£5,000,000 PLAN APPROVED BY CABINET

WELLINGTON, Marcb 26. Speaking at Lower Hutt toniglit ihe Minister cf Works (Hon. R. Semple) mentioned a £5,000,000 development scheme for Auckland, Which included an underground railway leading to a station under the To.wn Hali. Plans had been approved by Cabinet and would be submitted shortly to the Auckland locai bodies.
