ACQUITTED OF CRUELTY
INDIAN ARMY OFFICER Received Wednesday, 10.45 a.m. NEW DELHI, Mai-ch 26. A courtmartial f.ound-onot guilty the former mernber of the Indian Nationai Army, Hemadar Zaman Khan, who had been accused of cruelty while adjutant of a prison-er-of-war camp at Singapore. This is the flrst time a couru-martial has acquitted an Indian Natipnal Army officer. -
