PALMERSTON NORTH, This Day. The sequel to the sensational affair at Bulls on Monday occurred at -the courthouse this- morrpng, when Raymond Edward Mclntosh, garage attendant1 aged 23, of Palmerston North, and William Laurenpe Burke, labourer, aged 19, also of Palmerston North, appeared before two Justices of the Peace, each charged that on Marcn 25 at Bulls, being armed with offensive weapons, a Sten gun and two revolvers, he did reb Kenneth Hubbrt AUe"u, teller at the Bank of New Zealand, Bulls, cf the sum of £2128 in money. Intense public interest was taken in the procee,dings, the courthouse holding the largpst attendance of the geperal public for many years, including a number of young women. Mclntosh is of medium height, slim and sharp fteature.cL Burke is also slim and of medium build, with a swarthy complexion and Icng black hair. He inspected the crowd with interest as he left the coprt. Bcih men were under tjqe personal supervision of Inspector H. J. Joyce on their appearance in court.
