WELLINGTON, March 25. An announcement by the 'Customs Department says that the alioeation .for imports of spirits and spirituous mixtures from the United rvingciom has been increased from 100 to 120 per cent. of thesamounts of tne 1945 licenses issued for imiports of spirits from Great Britain.
