In the case of eompanies, such returns shall be delivered at or forwarded to the Branch office of the Land and Income Tax Department where the company's records are filed, and, in the case of individuals, partnerships, syndicates and trusts, the returns shall be delivered or forwarded to the" Commissioner of Taxes, Wellington, C.3.
