Received Jf ncray, 11 a.m. LONDON, March 21. | Lord Stansgate said in the Hou§e : of Lords that the future of -the - Ruhr and Rhineland would he oije of the subjects discussed at -the j forthcoming meetings with Domin- ; ion Prime Ministers. The Domin- i ions were vitally interested. Lord Stansgate was, replyirig in the debate in which it was suggest- i ed that the Ruhr and Rhineland : should be amputated, or, alternatively, becoms members of -the federated German State under a central economic body.
