The Ottawa newspaper Evening ; Citizen states that the lormer Bussian mnitary attachc, Colonei Zabotin, last summer secured a boat ard rov.ed up the Ottawa Rivcr tov.ards the atoniic. energy plant on the Onaik River accompanied by a Canadinn officer, who actiially assisted Ooionel Zabotin to photograph thc secret plant from the boat. A prominent industriaiist, v/ho was an eye-witiicss, saw the sinistcr significance of the incident and seized the photographs. The Oanadian cificer has been detained.
