Mr, p, Sutherland is a Wellington visitor to Levin. Mrs. A. E. Marsh, of Pahiatua, is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Marsh, Queen Street, Levin. A social function was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. V. E. Hudson last evening to bid farewell to Miss Noeline Green, who," after six years in Levin, is leaving to take a position in Wanganui. Miss Green nas taken a keen interest in the Girl Guide movement in Levin and has been a member of the Levin Tennis Ciub. A number of friends attended the function and a happy evening was spent, Opportunity was also taken to extend good wishes to Miss Merle ICennerley, who is leaving Levin to join the Saivation Army.
