NEW FRENCH CONSTITUTON
j REFERENDUM TO BE TAKEN Received Wednesday, 1.15 p.m. j . PARIS, March 19. Cabinet has decided to hold, at least by May 5, a national referendum on the new constitution, which is at present being drafted by the Constituent Assembly. The generai election will be held on or before June 2. If the constitution is approved by the referendum, the generai elections will establish a permansnt government, but if disapproved a new Constituent Assembly will be elected.
