GOOD LEMON PIE RECIPE Take 6 ozs. of Fether Flake Puff Pasury and line an open tart tin. Bake in a hot oven until a pale brown. Fether Flake is perfectly mixed ready for use. Just roll bake for deliciously rich flaky pastry. Boil together half pint water, one tablespoon butter, three tablespoons sugar and the grated rind of a iemon. Add one tablespoon of cornflour mixed with lemon juice. Add beaten yolks of two eggs and cook for two or three minutes. Pour into pastry case. Beat egg whites stiff. Add two tablespoons sugar and pile on top of tart. Bake in cool oven about 15 minutes. Fether Flake Puff Pastry is freshly made by Adams Bruce Ltd. only, kept under hygienic refrigeration and sold only in their shop in Oxford Street, Levin.
