TOO EARLY TO DRAW CONCLUSIONS

Received Saturday, 10.10 a.m. LONDON, March 15. Mcvements of Russian troops in Persia are reported to London lo relate to the Tabriz district, says the Press Association. Some troops were observed proceeding in a north-easfce-rly direction, but they have not yet reached the point where the road forks in oue direction to Russia and in the other directicn to Iraq. Therefore, it is impossible at present to | draw any conclusion from the movements of Russian troops | in a south-easterly direction towards Teheran, which is a long ; way off. It is not known how many troops are involved in the move- j ments. One estimate says between 60,000 and 70,000.
