LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

Sir,— During the past few months I have "read with interest the two articles appearing at the foot of your "Church Notices Column" every Saturday night. After having made a careful study of the Bible, and also of the book "Christendom Astray," I feel that I am in a position to pass a few comments on both books. 'I am convinced that the book "Christendom Astray" is appropriately named. It appears to me that this book contains the "man-made" ideas of that part of Christendom which have gone astray. The Bible is the inspired Word of God, and leaves no shadow of doubt regarding the eternal security of the true Christian and the internal suffering of the ungodly. (Luke 16, 19-31) . For those who wish to propound- "man-made" beliefs it is as well to remember the warning of Rev. 22, 18-19, 1-1. Yours etc "A BELIEVER IN JOHN 3, 16" Wellington, March 13.
