j Playing for the Sherwood trophy at Otaki on Tuesday, the members of the Municipal Club were successfui in winmng both games. Mrs. Jackson beat Mrs. Palmer, 26 to one, while Mesdames Wilson and Silverwood beat Mesdames Fraser and Pine, 26 to 23. A very pleasant afternoon was spent.
