WELLINGTON FLORIST IN LONDON
A young Wellington florist, Miss A. Farey, who in the last nine years has condueted lier own business iu London, returned by the Akaroa on a visit to New Zealand. Miss Farey catered foi the f amo ua Dorchester ilotel and Grosvenor Hou^ in London, and was tlie New Zealand delegate at an international florists' conference attended by delegates from Svvitzerland, France, tiollaud, Belgium, Norway, Deuniark. Svveden, America and Canada. Miss Farey, who represented the New Zealand Professional Floral Artists and tlie Florists' Telegraph Delivery Association, said it would be possible shortly to send gifts of flowers throughout tlie world through florists linked by telegraph. She will report in New Zealand o.n the conforencc.
