OTAKI RAILWAY'S TOURNEY
I During the week-end many clubs 'were represented at a tournament held by Otaki Railway, but, unfor^qnately,. for. the club, Levin also ifefciament, while over ; - 'pia^e'rg ' of the Otaki Club !>were in Petone. The semi-final was jfought out between Richards and j Webster, the former winning, while Taylor beat Caley. In the final Taylor beat Richards. Foliowing are the results of the games:— Webster (Otaki Railway), Caley (Petone), Taylor (Palmerston North) and Richards (Wellington) each won three games; Green (Wellington), Booth (Otaki Railway), Moffatt (Wellington), Par- | sons (Wellington) and Southgate i (Otaki Railway) each won two games; Lawrie (Wellington), Kearns (Otaki) and Rolfe (Otaki Railway) each won one game. The day was fin^ and games wer r very enjoyable "and caused much interest.
