Otaki Beat College Otaki's win over College was a five-pointer. With first use of the wicket, all the College batsmen were back in the pavilion for a total of 37, due to the good bowling of Bartosh, Rice and Saunders. . Otaki replied with 83, a staunch knock by Rice yielding 45 of the total. Opening the batting Levin notched 125, chiefiy the result of a fine first wicket partnership by K. Hudson and F. Carrington, who made 38 and 37 respectively.
