INJURED JOCKEYS
A FAVOUBABLE REPORT WELLINGTON, March 11. It was ascertained, on inquiry at the Hutt Hospital late this afteruoon that the iujuries of the joekeys, W. J. Broughton and H. Macdonald, who were admitted from Trentham raeecourse'ou Saturday, are not so serious as had been feancd. Both are sulfering from severe bruising. Broughton was sulfering from severe shoek at the time of admission, but he has made a good recovery.
