British Government has asked the ; British Army authorities in Germany to act immediately to stanip it out, says the Daily Mail's Berlin correspondent. The smuggling of poimd notes into the Ccntinent by troops and civilians is to be stopped by police checks and searches at Cliannel ports. Officers ih charge of transit camps are to be empowered to hold an iminediate field courtmartial against offenders. One means vhereby troops are getting money into England has been under a "Say -"'t with fiowers" scheme. They cable instructions for fiowers to he delivered to their homes.
