Received Tuesday, 12.45 a.m. CHUNGKING, March 11/ It is reported that street fighting is raging in Mukden between Communist and Government forces. The Ghinese Press reported that the elements of four Nationalist armies are heading towards Mukden, while Communist reinforcements are moving on Mukden from the north. The Central News Agency said the Communists had occupied the power-plant and thq. northern districts of Mukden.

Six trains have arrivcd in Changcinm irom Mukden and unloaded Soviet troops, tanks, fieid-guns and cars. Mar shal Malmovsky, who is at present in Changehun, refused to be mterviewed.
