EFFORTS TO FIND SABOTEURS
LIVERPOOL DOCK FIRES NEW SECURITY. MEASURES Received Thursday, 10 a.m. LONDGN, March 6. The Government has ordered all ship-owners to take new security measures against saboteurs, who are believed to be responsible for a series of fires at Liverpool, says the Evening News. The authorities redoubled their eiforts to find the incendiarists after finding the first. direct evidence of sabotage on Reina del Pacifico. It is now more difficult to enter the dock area in Liverpool than " during the war. The Press Association says that although official sources say there is no evidence yet indicatisig that sabotage caused the ship fires, Liverpool shipmasters have issued strict brders, after the urgent appeal for extreme vigilance circulated by the Director of Sea Thansport in London.
