DEATH OF BOY
JUDGE TO BE CHARGED Received Tuesday, 8.10 p.m. j. . LONDON, March 5. The Government of Madras has sanctioned- the prosecution of a High court Judge; Mr. Justice Byers, for -causing the death of a boy by a pistol shot on February 2, says the Associated Pfess correspondent. The hoy was killed dur mg riofs in sympathy with the navy mutiny at Bombay. The charge against Mr. Justice B'yers is culpable honiicide not amounting. to murder. Feeling ran high concerning the case, and the Government gave an assurance that Mr. Justice Byers would- not sit; and ' dispose of " cases pending the- hearing of the charge.
