ONE ESCAPEE CAPTURED
SYDNEY PRISON BREAK Receivecl Tuesday, 8.40 p.m. SfDnBY, March 5. One of the two escapees from th_i pnson tram yesterday was captured to 1 clay by a -uniformed policeman wln ! piuckily tackled both of them when ne i saw them together in a street of thc ! suburb of Gladesville. The man recap ! tured is Robert Porter Lewis, .aged 18 ! A-ftcr c£uestioning the men, the con stable, who was dlone, seized them both in a struggle he was thrown to t-lr ground and lost his hold of Dugan, who rau av/ay. The constable retained his hold cf Lewis. The police orgpnised an lmmothate search of the district, but so far have not found Dugan. Reports indicate fchat he jumped on a bus and alighted at Boronia, another suburb.
