TROOPS TO LEAVE SYRIA
BRITISH AND french plan Received Tuesday, 10 a.m. LONDON, March 4. The Foreign Ofhce has announced that the British and French military delegations in . Paris have agreed on a plan for the simultaneous withdrawal of the British and French forces from Syria, starting on March 11, the total evacuation to he completed by April 30. The delegations are now working out plans for the evacuation of Lebanon.
