SOME VILLAGES CUT OFF
SNOW AGAIN FALLING Received Tuesday, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, March 4. Snow is again falling in South - east England, where a number of villages were cut off all the weekend. Many voters in the Kent County Council eiections found the roads to polling stations blocked by drifts six feet high. Snowploughs are clearing the roads.
