TROOPS POURING IN
RUSSIA AND MANCHURIA Received Tuesday, 10.30 a.m. CHUNGKING, March 4. Chinese sources asserted today that Russian troops were pouring into Manehuria unceasingly. The Soviet forces in Manchuria six months ago totalled 300,000 and they have now almost doubied.
