500 for fun ride
Sorting through entries and certificates yesterday for “The Press” annual fun ride are two of the organisers, Mr Tim Kerr, a member of the Canterbury cyclists’ Association, and Mr Rod Rutherford, circulation manager of “The Press.” More than 500 cyclists are expected to take part in the . ride, which ‘will start ijj, Cashmere Road
outside Princess Margaret Hospital at 9 a.m. tomorrow. There will be three rides of different lengths,
all returning to finish outside the hospital. The three routes pass through Lincoln, one returning via Halswell and another going to Coes V Ford.
