Situations Vacant Situations Vacant © SOUS CHEF AND CHEF D’PARTIE NOAHS HOTEL have two vacancies arising in the near future for important and demanding positions in our Food and Beverage Department. , Our Hotel operates a very busy a-la-carte Restaurant, Grill Room, Coffee Shop, 24 hour Room Service, plus three Banquet venues; catering for up to 1200 customers per day. For the role of Sous Chef, suitable applicants must be well experienced in all aspects of Kitchen management and be able to demonstrate their skills in the high customer and staff relations which complement the Noahs Hotel Restaurant and Food Service. For the position of Chef D’Partie we require a competent person who will have the responsibilities of supervision and controlling one of our extensive kitchen operations. To have both the maturity and experience necessary in both of these appointments, applicants will need to be over the age of 25 years and prepared to work shift work and week-end work.
