The main tasks of the appointment include the preparation of monthly accounting reports for the Board of Directors, assisting in the setting of Group Accounting Policy and ensuring its implementation. Additional |B duties include the control of the internal audit function, liaising with M Company Auditors, assisting in the preparation of annual and quarterly reports to Shareholders, taxation — setting Group Policy and preparing Group Tax Returns, responsibility for the control of cash flow and working |B capital, and performing special projects and investigations as directed. Essential Candidate requirements for this appointment include an M appropriate tertiary accounting qualification and a progressive career to M date.
