Hooker Corporation, Ltd, earned record net profit of sAust26.lM in tbe six months to December 31, compared with the previous corresponding period. Graeme Pentecost, said its transaction fee would rise from 10c to 15c and the automatic payments by cheque would rise from $1 to $2. It was part of the bank’s review of services to put them on a cost and marketrelated basis, he said. The new charges take effect from February 17. NZI extends The NZI Corporation, Ltd, offer of two of its shares plus 10c cash for each Broadlands share has been extended to March 6 from February 13. The offer, through a wholly owned subsidiary, NZI Finance Australia, Pty, Ltd, is conditional on 90 per cent acceptance and Foreign Investment Review Board approval. Hong Kong Impala Pacific shares traded at $HK12.40 and Industrial Equity at $HK36.25 in Hong Kong yesterday.
