PA Wellington Three former Broadbank employees facing 37 charges relating to unauthorised foreign exchange dealings were remanded at large to March 14 in the District Court at Wellington yesterday. Judge Kearney adjourned part-heard an application by counsel that depositions be taken before a District Court judge rather than two Justices of the Peace. He said the hearing of the application would continue on March 14, when a depositions date will be set The depositions hearing is expected to take two weeks. Bruce Lindsay Pemberton, aged 33, a hunter, faces 30 charges — 28 of false accounting and two of drawing a document without authority. lan Richard Morris, aged 25, unemployed, is charged with six counts of false accounting. A third person, whose name has been suppressed, faces one charge of false accounting.
