PA Auckland A pensioner who carried a rope cosh so that he could “knock hasslers” has been fined a total of $lB5 for assault and carrying an offensive weapon. Leonard James Flewellyn', aged 68, of no fixed abode, appeared before Judge Twaddle in the District Court at Auckland on Wednesday.
