A new private car-park building will be built on this site at 184 Hereford Street by Fleet Holdings, Ltd.
A spokesman for the company, Mr Russell Boddington, said the sixstbrey car-park building would be used by tenants of the T and G building next door, which is owned by Fleet Holdings.
