Heir charged
The Marquess of Blandford, heir to the Blenheim Palace estate, has been charged at Marylebone Court with four counts of possessing cocaine. The 30-year-old son of the Duke of Marlborough was further remanded on bail to, February 24, still charged with four others with conspiracy to contravene the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1971. — London.
