PA Wellington A Dunedin-based investor, R. and W. Hellaby, Ltd, has given details of its previously announced one-for-five cash issue. Shareholders will be entitled to one new ordinary share at 120 c a share for
every five ordinary and redeemable preference shares held. The price includes a 70c a share premium. The new shares will rank equally with existing ordinary shares and books close to determine entitlements on February 25.
