Beastly natures
A group of artists are featured in the Friday Night Club at the Zetland Tavern tomorrow evening under the collective title of "the nature of the beast.”
No explanation has been given about why such a title was chosen, but among those playing are Peter Cook and Anton Jenner, both formerly of the Wastrels, who will be performing together for the first time since the
band split up. Also on the bill are Dave Imlay and Ewan Clark, of The Prodigies, plus an unusual character called Mississippi Mo. Others also in on the act are Dave Thompson, Paddy Parsons, and Paul Lonsdale.
The Rockaholics, one of the bands who played at the Friday Night Club last week, are booked at the DB Riccarton Hotel on Saturday evening.
