Blast inquiry continues
Fire-safety officers are still investigating the cause of an explosion and fire in a Rowley Avenue house which injured five young men on Monday evening. The blast is thought to have involved a can of petrol and left the laundry of the house charred. The four men remaining in Burwood Hospital were reported in a fairly comfortable condition last evening.
