NEW ZEALAND PORTS AUTHORITY CONSULTATION WITH INTERESTED PARTIES INTO PROPOSAL OF LYTTELTON HARBOUR BOARD TO UNDERTAKE RECLAMATION OF 3.95 HECTARES WITHIN THE INNER HARBOUR AT LYTTELTON IN a newspaper advertisement on December 19, 1985, the New Zealand Ports Authority advised of its intentions to consult, in terms of Section 12 of its Act, with Government Departments and other bodies or persons appearing to be directly concerned with the proposal of the Lyttelton Harbour Board that it should undertake reclamation of 3.95 hectares within the inner harbour adjacent to Gladstone Pier at Lyttelton. The closing date for those submissions was shown as January 17, 1986, but, arising from representations made from several Interested parties, the Authority has now agreed to extend that date until March 31, 1986. Accordingly, those parties who consider they have an interest in the abovementioned development should forward their submissions to reach the Secretary, New Zealand Ports Authority, P.O.
