Public Notices HURUNUICOUNTY COUNCIL AMBERLEY SEWERAGE REDEMPTION LOAN 1986 - $155,000 HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY LOAN 1986 - $34,500 ON Monday, January 27, 1986, the Hurunul County Council passed two resolutions In order to raise a loan of $155,000 for the purpose of renewal of the Sewerage Loan 1979 and to raise a loan of $34,500 to assist with the erection of two pensioner rental flats In Church Street, Amberley. The Council Intends to confirm this resolution by way of special order on Monday, February 24, 1986, at 9.15 a.m. In the Council Chambers, Amberley. Copies of the proposed Special Order are deposited at the Council offices, Amberley and Walkarl, and are available for inspection by the public during normal office hours. A poll of ratepayers Is required to be taken, if not less than 15 per cent of the Ratepayers of the Hurunul County Council so demand In writing under their hands, delivered or sent by the post to the undersigned not later than 9 a.m. on the date fixed for the confirmation of the foregoing resolution.
