Citrus salad

Ingredients 1 Onion 4 Oranges 1 lettuce leaf 4 tablespoons of oil 3 tablespoons white vinegar y 2 teaspoon salt y 2 teaspoon sugar freshly ground black pepper Method: 1. Peel onion and slice thinly. Separate into rings. 2. Put rings in a colander or sieve and pour boiling water over them.

3. Run some cold water over the rings.

4. Peel oranges carefully and slice them thinly.

5. Line a salad bowl with the lettuce leaf.

6. Arrange orange and lemon slices neatly on lettuce.

7. Shake oil, vinegar, salt and sugar in a jar. 8. Grind the pepper on top. Chill and serve.
