Budd runs world best
NZPA-Reuter Cosford England ‘ Britain’s Zola Budd sei a world indoor best for * the women’s 3000 metres yesterday when she clocked Bmin 39.79 s at an athletics match between Britain and Hungary. The previous mark oi 8:42.3 was set by Olga Bondarenko, of the Soviet Union, in Volgograd last month.
